ON-SITE INFORMATION

THERE WILL BE A FRONT DESK LOCATED IN THE FOYER UPON ENTRY IN THE MILBURN STAND AS WELL AS THE SUNNYCO MERCH TABLES LOCATED ON LEVEL 4 WITHIN THE BAMBURGH SUITE. THESE TABLES WILL BE AVAILABLE AND MANAGED BY STAFF WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION YOU HAVE AND THEY WILL ALSO CARRY PRINTED COPIES OF TIMETABLES SHOULD YOU NEED ONE.

 

MAIN DESK

THIS IS LOCATED IN THE FOYER AND IS WHERE YOU WILL BE SCANNED IN UPON ARRIVAL. HERE YOU CAN ALSO REPORT LOST PERSONS CHILDREN, AND SUSPICIOUS PERSONS AND NOTIFY US OF ANY OTHER ISSUES WITHIN THE EVENT. This will ALSO BE THE COLLECTION POINT FOR LOST PEOPLE/CHILDREN

VENUE SECURITY

THESE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF STAFF WILL BE ON HAND OVER THE WEEKEND TO MONITOR AND DETER ANY BAD BEHAVIOUR. SHOULD YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE OVER SUNNYCON WEEKEND THEN DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK THEM.

 

LOST & FOUND

THIS WILL BE SITUATED AT THE SUNNYCON MERCH DESK ON LEVEL 4 IN THE BAMBRUGH SUITE. AFTER THE EVENT ALL LOST ITEMS WILL BE KEPT WITH US AND IF NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 28 DAYS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SUNNYCON ANIME EXPO AND WILL BE SOLD/DONATED/REPURPOSED/DISPOSED OF. WE KEEP A RECORD OF ALL ITEMS FOUND AND IF WE CAN IDENTIFY THE OWNER WE WILL AIM TO REUNITE AS SOON AS WE CAN.
