TABLES FOR SUNNYCON ANIME EXPO 2023 ARTISTS AREA WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM

JULY 8TH WITH TABLE FORMS GOING LIVE AT 6 PM. 

DETAILS OF ARTIST'S BOOKINGS

  • Our artist's area is located on level 4 in the Barracks Suite at St James Park.

  • An artist's table is classified as 1 table (6ft x 2ft trestle). Each table comes with a tablecloth and your booking covers all 3 days of the event.

  • Trading times are; Friday 12pm-6pm / Saturday 10am-6pm / Sunday 10am-4pm

  • Table set up times are; Friday from 7am and Saturday from 8am if you are not set up by 10am Saturday your table will be classed as abandoned and will be removed from the layout or offered to other attending artists.

  • All tables come with an extra staff pass (if required) This pass is for assistants only and not to be used for general attendance at the event.

  • Artist tables are £80 each, with backers £40 also available but in limited areas.

HOW TO BOOK

  • Forms will go live here at 6 pm on July 8th. 

  • Be sure to fill in everything and submit it. We work on a first come first served basis as this helps keep the event varied and allows new artists to trade. 

  • We will then process and you can expect a response within 48 hours confirming if you have been successful or not. This does not mean your table is secured.

  • We will send details of how to pay and you then have 72 hours to confirm your booking.

  • Once payment is received we will confirm and we will need you to send us a banner image (1000pxl x 1000pxl) and a link to your website/socials.

  • If unsuccessful you may be offered a spot on the trader's floor or be added to a waiting list in case of dropouts.
